On September 19, 2010 Maria Estrela Sousa of Edmonton passed away at the age of 84 years. Maria is survived by her loving husband of 52 years Fernando, 4 children: Elda (Jose), Louis (Nancy), Carlo & Liz (Ed); 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; 5 sisters as well as numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was predeceased by her parents and her brother Manuel.

On Thursday, September 16, 2010 Dina Daluz of Edmonton passed away at the age of 32. She leaves to mourn her loving family; parents Jose and Dolores, her brothers Andy (Pamela) and Jose (Jessica) and by her niece Isabella. Dina will also be sadly missed by her many other relatives here in Edmonton and in Portugal and by her many dear friends. She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents Fernandina and Adelino Daponte, her paternal grandfather Octovia and by her aunt Grace Daluz.
