It is with profound sadness that the family of Shaun Yandt announces his sudden passing on Saturday, July 16, 2011 in Edmonton, AB. Shaun would have turned 52 this August. He is survived by his children, Danielle and Brendan, mother, Jean, stepfather, Reg, brother, Michael OHea, and sister, Dana. He was predeceased by his father, Dennis Hea. A gifted Denturist and popular instructor at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Shaun was a consummate professional, who devoted much of his time and energy to the Alberta Denturist Association during his tenure as president and afterwards. His dedication to the denturist community was unrivaled. Shaun was also a loving father, whose children’s well being occupied his heart. He will be deeply missed by family, friends, colleagues, and students.

Carol our beloved sister, aunt, and friend passed away surrounded by her loving friends and family. She leaves a legacy of love, kindness, humor, music and faith.
She is lovingly remembered by her siblings: Beverly L’Hirondelle, Charlotte Fallow, Maxine Stromsmoe (Bruce), Edward Minter (Merrilyn), Heather Baterdok (Steve), Rick Minter (Sherri), Pauline Gibbons (Gerry), Sheila Minter (Rick), and Gary Minter. She was blessed with 22 nieces and nephews and 21 great nieces and nephews, family meant everything to her. She was predeceased by her parents Lola and Tom Minter and her sister Sylvia Kennelly.

Our Mom went to heaven to be the angel on the top of our family tree. She left July 8th early in the morning after 88 years of good life.
Surviving her are seven children: Gilbert (Paulette), Terrance (Linda), Allan (Louise), Wendy (Leigh), Vernon (Donna), Susan (Doug) and Roy (Karen); seventeen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and a large number of others who called her Grandma; two sisters Julia and Jane, three brothers: Paul, Walter (Shirley) and David (Hillary); four brothers-in-law and six sisters-in-law. She is now with Jesus and joins her husband George, her parents Vital and Clothilde Callihoo, three sisters and three brothers.

It is with great sadness that the family of Gina Filice, age 76, announces her passing on Thursday, June 30, 2011 with all of her loving family by her side.
She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Ignazio; five children and twelve grandchildren: Joe (Marina) Kristen and Ignazio; Tullio (Justina) Gina and Laura; Fausto (Teresa) Nicole, Michael and Matthew; Corrado (Lynn) Sarah, Robby and Amanda; Angela (Pasquale Libutti) Andrew and Karly; two brothers: Ippolito and Giovanni Cosco and her sister, Ida Brutto. She was predeceased by her parents Pietro and Saveria Cosco, her sister Antonietta Venneri and her brother Giuseppe Cosco.
The family extends a sincere thanks to the caring medical team at the Royal Alexandra Hospital ICU.
