Christine Margaret Prysunka
It is with deep sadness that the family of Christine Margaret Prysunka, announce her peaceful passing on December 3, 2016, at the age of 60.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 43 years, Darol, daughters Renée (Rob) Wells and Michelle Dandeneault, mother Eileen Hebert, siblings; David (Lena) Hebert, Brian (Virginia) Hebert, Nancy (Bill) Heath, Daniel (Leona) Hebert and Allan (Lisa) Hebert, grandchildren; Haley and Jenna Wells, Lauren, Parker and Spencer Dandeneault and numerous nieces and nephews.
Christine was predeceased by her father Norman Hebert in August of this year.

Please know that I have a very special memory of Christine. She was a teacher, mentor and friend to me when I started my career at the Crown’s Office in Calgary. I remember how she took me under her care and taught me so much. I am grateful that I knew her, and am also grateful for the memories that she gave me.
God Bless you all during this difficult journey, you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Christine taught me an incredible work ethic and what a “work family” was, she was our fearless leader of the “screaming unit” as she fondly referred to it. She helped mold many of my current daily practices at work and I will forever be grateful for her guidance. She was probably one of the strongest women I have ever met, I am so lucky to have worked beside her for many years. The one thing she couldn’t teach me was her taste for black coffee as thick as tar! Goodbye Christine.

My deepest condolences on the passing of Christine.
I too started working at the Crowns’ Office under Christine’s supervision. She was a wonderful lady and a great supervisor. She expected everyone to pull their weight, but also wanted everyone to enjoy their job. She had a wonderful sense of humor and was always willing to share it with her staff. I remember the smell of her strong coffee and her office décor like it was yesterday. I am choosing to think that Christine has gone on to be in the stars with her other love, Jean-Luc Picard, as her office always sported a very large poster of him.
I too works with CHristine, before I retired. She was an awesome lady and I am so sad for your loss, too soon! My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I am so deeply saddened by the passing of Christine life is not always fair and this is one of those times. She was a wonderful person and will be sadly missed by all that new her. There is nothing one can say to ease the sorrow of losing a loved one especially a loved one like Christine. She was my cousin and even though we haven’t seen each other in long time she always held and will hold a special place in my heart. I could gone with the reasons why she was a wonderful person but we all know those reasons that why we all loved her. To Darol her loving husband and the rest of the family please accept my deepest condolences and try to take comfort in all the great memories you have of her.

My condolences to her family and friends. She was my supervisor at the crowns office. She taught me a lot, she was a mentor and friend. I really enjoyed working with her. She had a very strong work ethic which I admired. Even when she retired we still kept in touch and would occasionally get together to catch up. I will miss her.
