On January 2, 2015 Josef Lapes of Edmonton passed away unexpectedly at the age of 59.

He leaves to mourn his loving family;  wife Dagmar, two sons: Kevin (Alyssa) and Jeffrey; his daughter Cassandra.  Josef also leaves his grandson Linden, his brother Vladimir (Jaroslava), niece Samantha; sister-in-law Vladimira and her children, Sabrina and Wally (Charity) and their children.

He was predeceased by his parents Vladimir and Marie.

Private family interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.

  6. I was very sorry to hear of Josef’s passing. I enjoyed working with him and with Pemco and always felt that he had a great attitude and insisted that Pemco’s projects were well done. I’m sure his spirit will live on in future work.
