Josef Vaclav Lapes
On January 2, 2015 Josef Lapes of Edmonton passed away unexpectedly at the age of 59.
He leaves to mourn his loving family; wife Dagmar, two sons: Kevin (Alyssa) and Jeffrey; his daughter Cassandra. Josef also leaves his grandson Linden, his brother Vladimir (Jaroslava), niece Samantha; sister-in-law Vladimira and her children, Sabrina and Wally (Charity) and their children.
He was predeceased by his parents Vladimir and Marie.

A person that departs from this earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us, they live on. Please accept my sincere condolences, Josef was a man with a heart of gold and he will not be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was very sorry to hear of Josef’s passing. I enjoyed working with him and with Pemco and always felt that he had a great attitude and insisted that Pemco’s projects were well done. I’m sure his spirit will live on in future work.
I was saddened by the sudden demise of my boss and friend, Josef. I still could not get over the thought that he is gone now but I take comfort in the thought that he is in a better place now. From my family, to Dagmar, Kevin, Jeff and Cassandra, our condolences.
