Marie Sherback
September 20, 1932 – August 2, 2017
Marie Sherback, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, leaves to mourn her eight children; Tim (Smita), Ted (Marcie), Terry (Lynda), Tom, Patrick, Chris (Phiroza), Jayne (Randy) Rokovetsky and Richard along with 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Marie is survived by her sisters Joanne Scott and Betty Ann (Jim) McGowan and predeceased by her parents Morris and Mary Dowell, brothers Jim and Joe and sister Margaret Bruha.
Funeral Service
Saturday August 12, 2017 at 11:00 am
St. John the Evangelist Catholic Parish
9830 148 Street, Edmonton.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cross Cancer Institute in memory of Marie.

Jayne and Pat my sincere Condolences on the passing of your Mom. Know that she is resting, out of pain and happy to be with her family members on the other side. I know you will miss her deeply, but always cherish the wonderful memories you shared with her. Again my Condolences.

Prayers to the family. I had a great chance to be a part of Marie’s life when I was younger and hanging out with Pat and Chris. For all the grief we caused her growing up, she sure had a lot of love and laughter! As I told Chris this week. I’m sure Mrs. Lozeron, Ms. Sherback, and all the rest of the mothers we have lost over the years, are looking down at all they created with a big Smile.
You did such a great job raising and caring for your big family Marie, I’ll never forget your laugh, as I was lucky enough to hear it often!!
