Anne Prusko
December 27, 1928 – October 15, 2019
The family is saddened to announce the passing of their loving mother Anne Prusko, of Smoky Lake, AB at the age of 90.
Predeceased by her husband Anthony (Tony) in 1999, Anne is survived by her children Ernie (Joy), Robert (Carol) and Sharon (Bob), 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great
grandchildren.
At Anne’s request, cremation has taken place and no formal services are to be held. The family will celebrate her life, in private at a later date.
I have many memories of Aunt Anne helping me make the transition from “farm” to “city life”. She provided an accommondating home, great food, laundry service and lots of hugs. She was gentle and kind to those around her. She will be remembered as the wonderful Auntie she was!
I’m really sorry to find this obituary. Anne was the first person I knew as a Mother and loved me as one when I was very little in Smokey Lake. I at least had the opportunity to meet her again later in life. Tony I did not have the chance to meet again but understand he loved me too. You are both loved are missed and are home in peace.
