October 5, 2016 11 Condolences Print Obituary Send Flowers

Janine Adele (Feth) O’Bertos passed away on September 30, 2016 at the age of 51. Janine was the second child born to Joe and Anita Feth on January 24, 1965 in Camrose. She was a loving sister to Warren (Cheryl), Theresa (Lloyd) and Paul (Marry). She was the beloved soul mate and wife to Paul for 12 years. They were the perfect couple. The time they had  together was too short. She was an extremely proud and supportive aunt to numerous nieces and nephews and an exceptionally loyal friend.

Janine had a basic trust in life and in people. She viewed every challenge as an opportunity to learn new things and experience whatever came her way. She embraced life with a sense of adventure.

Janine will be missed for her courage, determination, compassion, tolerance and humour. She was fiercely independent and unconditionally generous. At a young age, Janine was drawn to healing others which evolved into her passion for alternative health.

She found her healing hands through working with flowers. Even in her ultimate challenge, she touched the hearts of those around her.

We will forever remember Janine.

  2. Dear Paul, Warren, Theresa and Paul,
My heart is aching for all of you. Janine taught me how to tie my shoes in kindergarten and how to drive a car in grade 12 and many, many other things in between. She will always hold a place in my heart.

  3. I had the pleasure of knowing Janine for a long time, I saw her almost everyday at the floral wholesale where she worked. She was always kind and very helpful; always smiling and with a great sense of humor; I will always remember how you used to say my name, every time I called looking for flowers, Denissssss. With my most heartfelt condolences during this time.

    Warren, Theresa and Paul

Please accept our heartfelt condolences. With sadness and disbelieve we witnessed the illness rapidly taking away the joy and quality of life from Janine and causing the premature departure. So many unfinished plans and dreams to come through…

We find comfort knowing that Janine soul is now free and at peace accompanied by her two cats – Allie and Ming – that she loved dearly. We lost a friend, Heavens gained an Angel!
    Godspeed dear Friend!

  9. I’m thinking at that the only thing that might equal your pain is the joy that my friend Anita has as she welcomes her child into her arms. Please let me know if there is EVER any word or act I can do for your family.

  10. Janine had a co-starring role in many adventures in my life, I will never forget her giggle as we went through those adventures. She was a shining light of positivity, and I feel blessed to have counted her as a friend. Love and prayers to her friends and family. May the grief soon give way to family gatherings spent laughing at the dear memories she has left behind.

  11. Paul, Warren, Theresa, Paul and families, My most sincere condolences to you.
Even though we seldom see each other, I think of you all often and cherish my adolescent memories of so many wonderful times when our families would gather in the okanogan in the summers. They were the best of times. Amazing times. With an amazing family There is so much I wish to say, and at the same time, I’m at a loss for words… Love you all so very much. We will miss you, Janine.
