It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our father, Pietro Posteraro on March 1, 2020 at the age of 90 years.

Left to cherish his memories are his children: Anna (Rick), Erminia, Sam, Giovanna (Darren) and Margaret. He also leaves 5 grandchildren: Cody, Alanna, Erica, Justin, Amanda; 2 great grandchildren, Teagan and Tristan and his former spouse, Giulia. Pietro will also be missed by his many brothers and sisters and their children in Oshawa, Ontario.

The family would like to thank the staff at St. Joseph’s Auxiliary Hospital, Palliative unit for their patience, dedication and compassionate care of dad during his stay in hospice.

In keeping with our fathers wishes, a private family service will be held.
