Robert (Bob) Trottier, age 71, passed away on Friday, March 30, 2018 at Covenant Health St. Joseph, Edmonton, Alberta.

Robert was born in Cornwall, Ontario, to Cecile and Denis Trottier on November 24, 1946. He retired as a Police Officer with the Cornwall Municipal Police. He served under the USA Marine Corps. and received an Honorable Discharge. Bob lived his life with zest. He loved travel, playing golf and cards but most of all he appreciated his family and friends.

Robert is survived by his loving wife, Lise Dicaire-Trottier, of 25 years, his brother, Lynn Trottier (Deanna), his son Eric (Christianne), his step-sons, Matthew Crowder (Linda) and Christopher Crowder (Melissa), his grandchildren Lysianne and Zack, and many nieces and nephews. Robert is predeceased by his parents, Cecile Beauregard and Denis Trottier, his sister, Gladys Atkinson (George).

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Covenant Health St. Joseph Hospice Care Centre, Edmonton, Alberta, for their support in his final days.
