Aurele Omer Duval

Aurele Omer Duval, born on May 30, 1971, passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at 53. His departure leaves a void in the lives of those who knew and loved him.

Raised in the tight-knit Beverly Heights community, Aurele developed a deep affection for his neighborhood and its residents. His happiest memories come from Gold Bar and Rundle Park. He enjoyed garage sales, dirt biking, repairing and understanding vehicles, and the creative outlet of arts and crafts. His thoughtfulness and genuine enjoyment touched those fortunate enough to receive one of his handmade creations.  Aurele's generous nature was a defining characteristic that will be fondly remembered by all who crossed his path.

Aurele is survived by his parents, Marlene and Aurel, his sister, LaVonne (Sheldon), with whom he shared a special bond, his brother, Maurice (Colleen), his nephew, Jesse, and niece, Jessica (Brandon), and extended family and friends.

A celebration of Aurele's life, a time to gather and share memories, will be held at a future date.

The Duval family wishes to express their sincere gratitude for the kindness and support they have received during this difficult time. The comforting words, gestures of sympathy, and acts of compassion have been a source of strength and are deeply appreciated.
