Eleonora Bernhauser

On September 2, 2026, Eleonora Bernhauser passed away after a brave battle with cancer.

She was born on February 6, 1941 in Bratislava, Slovakia to Robert Prochazka and Maria Prochazkova, the second of five children. She married the love of her life, Jozef Bernhauser, and together, they built a wonderful life and raised 2 children: Patrik and Eleonora.

Her greatest joy came from being a grandmother to 3 wonderful grandkids, Christopher, Emily, and Cat. She was known for her incredible cooking, and prowess with various textiles, and loved spending her time gardening, knitting, and watching her shows.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jozef and her son, Patrik.

She is survived by her daughter, Eleonora (Yves), her grandchildren, Christopher (Monique), Emily (Deven), and Cat, and great-grandson Simon, and many other loving family members and friends.
