Valerie Katherine Skulsky

1963 - 2026

It is with deep sadness and love that we announce the passing of Valerie.

Valerie is predeceased by both of her parents, Sylvester and Elizabeth Skulsky. She leaves behind her partner in life, Ron; her given and chosen family, friends, colleagues and all who loved her.

While Valerie’s life was anything but an easy journey, she experienced hardship and endured circumstances that tested her in ways no one should have to endure. Yet, through it all, she remained incredibly strong, determined, and resilient. Her life was complex, but so was her capacity to love.

May she now know the peace she spent so much of her life deserving.
