Gertrude Rose Usher
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Gertrude Usher announce her peaceful passing on December 16, 2019.
Predeceased by her husband George Usher, Gertrude will be sadly missed by her children Barb (Larry), Kathy (Gary) and Sidney, grandchildren Tim, Evan, Cole, Brett, Jordan, Matthew (Taylor) and Jason (Tina)
and great-grandchildren Mya and Zander, siblings Vianney, Gerard, Marcel, Joe, Yvette and Martha as well as numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
A Mass will be held for Gertrude on Monday, December 23, 2019 at 11:00 am with a public visitation at 10:00 at St. Albert Catholic Parish, 7 Vital Avenue, St. Albert.
A special thank you to the St. Albert Emergency Services and to the Emergency Department at the Sturgeon Community Hospital for the support and compassion showed to Gertrude and her family.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Gertrude’s name.
My heart breaks for your loss. Your mom was beautiful well loved woman. She had so much love for her family, that was apparent by everyone she knew. May your beautiful memories bring you comfort in this time of such a loss. I love all of you and I am always here for you.
