On January 3, 2024 Mr. Avinash Durgapersaud of Edmonton passed away at the age of 48 years.
He is survived by his wife, Stephanie and his son Isaiah of Edmonton; four children in Ontario: Kevin, Chelsea, Paige and Lucas; his mother Sabrina; his sister Natasha (Randy); his grandmother Mangre Durgapersaud as well as many relatives and dear friends.

To Stephanie and Avi’s loving family, my sincerest condolences on the loss of a wonderful husband, father, brother and friend. My brother, life took us down different paths, but I never forgot about you. I wish we could’ve had one more game, shooting hoops. You were truly original and the GREATEST friend anyone could ask for. You guided, protected and watched over me, like a big brother would. You are gone, but you’ll never be forgotten. You have a place in my mind and heart forever.

My deepest condolence to his family …Knowing Avi is a pleasure, I remember him when we go see his Grandparents who is my In law, Avi used to take my two sons with him ….He call me when my son Michael pass in sept of 2016, He is a wonderful person …We all will miss him.
