Barbara Jean Gilmour
On March 3rd 2024 Barb passed away at the Royal Alexandra Hospital with her family by her side.
She will be lovingly remembered by her Spouse Armand Marcoux Her children Tasha (Clayton), Amanda (Corey), and Stephanie (Thomas) Her brother Bernie Her sister (Kathy) she will also be missed by her grandchildren and many nieces and nephews who adored her and many friends.
She was predeceased by her parents Virginia Love and Clarence Love and Her kids Father Brian Cole
She was born in Edmonton Alberta but grew up in Nelson BC with her parents and brother. Barb led a vibrant life, enjoying spending time with family and friends. Her warmth and positivity touched the lives of those fortunate enough to know her. She looked forward to FaceTime calls with her grandchildren and loved. We will all miss her so much
A memorial service will be planned at a later date

This is a message written from the heart. I first met Barb at a single parents group and we instantly bonded. We were such close friends for so long and talked a lot about many things. She will be very much missed and leaves behind many fond memories. Much love. Peace eternal

Barb you will be missed by all who knew you. You fought so hard through all of your illnesses so bravely and now it’s your time to rest. You are no longer in pain and are watching over your loved ones from above. You were a brave and courageous woman and I pray your girls will be so now in your absence.
