Bernard Hein
October 28, 1957 - May 28, 2021
With heavy hearts, the family of Bernard Hein, aged 63, announce his passing on May 28, 2021, after a courageous battle with Endocrine Cancer.
Predeceased by his son Dallas, Bernie will be lovingly remembered by his children Kristy (Josh) and Kyle, grandchildren Olivia and Sophia, parents Don and Suzanne, siblings Ron (Wendy), Shirley (Josh), Sheila (Daryl), Dan (Shelley), Darryl (Christine) and Teri (Louis), 15 nieces and nephews, 21 great-nieces and great-nephews, very dear friend Valerie Trevors as well as numerous extended family.
At Bernie's request, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Society of one's choice, in Bernie's name.
Uncle Bernard, you were a great man and my favourite uncle. You will always be in my heart, I love you forever and always! Until we meet again.
My thoughts and prayers are with all that loved you Bernard. You are missed so much. I am thankful the pain is gone and you now have wings that will soar above us . I’m sure the oilers will need a good coach from above if they are ever going to bring that cup home.
