BETTY ANNE RUZYCKI
December 20, 1948 - January 19, 2024
It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Betty Anne Ruzycki on January 19, 2024. Betty Anne was predeceased by her husband John, her parents Bertha and Michael Percheson and her brothers Patrick and Gary Percheson.
Betty Anne will be missed by her sisters Mary Jane Shypanski, Helena Arsenault, Donna Costa, Catherine Mills and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Monday February 12, 2024 at 1:00 at Trinity Funeral Home,
10530 - 116 Street NW, Edmonton, AB.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Kidney Foundation (kidney.ca)
So many memories. Visits from out West were special and the few times I got out there were so amazing. Betty Anne ‘s monthly phone calls have been missed for awhile .

In John and Betty-Anne’s basement, oh so bright,
Where Christmas parties sparkled, oh so right,
John, the bartender, with jokes so grand,
And Betty-Anne, the host, with a warm, loving hand.
With ginger hair and eyes so kind,
Betty-Anne’s smile, a treasure to find,
She made everyone feel comfortable, so at ease,
In her warm embrace, all worries did cease.
Memories of those gatherings, forever held dear,
Surrounded by loved ones, spreading joy and cheer,
On my mother June’s side, we were family so tight,
In the glow of those moments, everything felt just right.
Grateful for the laughter, love, and delight,
In John and Betty-Anne’s basement, shining so bright,
Childhood memories, forever they’ll stay,
Those Christmas parties, in my heart, will never fade away.
