Christine Thornhill
Passed Away July 3, 2021
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Christine Thornhill announce her passing on July 3, 2021 at the age 69.
Predeceased by her parents Cyril and Bride, Christine's memory will live on in the hearts of her children Shannon and Shyrl (Glenn), grandchildren Shyla, Alexus, Phillip and Raven (Dawson), siblings Jeanette (Carl), Joyce, Cyril and Donita as well as numerous extended family and friends.
Christine was a nurturer. She was always there to help if anyone was in need. Her infectious smile and creative spirit will be missed by all who knew her.
Christine will be laid to rest in Daniel's Harbor, Newfoundland at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a cancer foundation of one's choice, in Christine's name.

Christine was like my second Mom for years while Shyrl and I ran back and forth between our two homes. She understood when I put a sucker in Shyrl’s hair on purpose and wasn’t too hard on me. I will always remember her beautiful smile and kind nature. I am thinking of you all. Take care.

So very sorry about Christines passing. I have a few memories of her that pop up from time to time when we were younger. It’s times like this that you reflect and remember what you thought you forgot.
Brothers, sisters, and remaining family & friends, I was both shocked, and saddened, to hear of Christine’s sudden passing.
Christine was a fine lady, in the years of knowing her, I don’t recall any unpleasant memories. She had an infectious smile.
