On Tuesday January 25, 2022 Debra Ann Lipscombe lost her battle to cancer at the age of 69 years with grace and strength.

Debra is survived by her only Daughter: Michelle Lipscombe (Les); Grandchildren: Josh Lipscombe, Brittany Lipscombe; Great-granddaughter: Adeline Lipscombe; Her siblings Richard Lipscombe (Monica) Beverly Richards (Lynden), Irma Belton, Marlene Hewitt (Jeffery) and Lynne Lipscombe; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Debra was predeceased by her parents: Oswald and Alberta Lipscombe

  1. My dear friend will be missed greatly ❤️. Deb was our hairdresser for over 35 years. My mom Connie and I had great laughs with her. Awesome lady. Rest I peace our dear sister. We love you very much 💞🙏🏽

  6. Debra was a beautiful soul. She was strong, generous, kind, always willing to do for others. I enjoyed very much having her as part of my salon! I wish we could have kept it going.
    She will be greatly missed !

I didn’t see debbie often, but I knew the type of person she was. Kind, sweet, caring, real and honest. Rest in peace debbie.   13. I was truly saddened by the news of Debra death. I was in town and had seen here a couple years back when in town from the USA. We got to know one another when I lived with her cousin Christine Carothers years back who had also passed from an Aneurism when living in Los Angeles, California. May they be in the company of one another and be enjoying each others company. May you be resting in peace with those that have already moved on.
