George Bogdan

George Bogdan passed away peacefully in Edmonton, AB on October 13, 2026.

George spent as much time as possible outside and loved skiing, hiking and gardening. When the weather kept him indoors he enjoyed reading and was a skilled landscape painter in oils. His working years were spent as an electrician in Prince George and he enjoyed a lengthy retirement in the Okanagan before relocating to Edmonton in 2021.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years Annette, daughters Michelle (Zac) and Denise (Jamie) and grandchildren Carmaine, Lucas and Norah. He is also survived by his brother Peter (Lynda) and many nieces and nephews and their families across the country.

There will be no formal service held. George's family invites those who wish to celebrate his memory to enjoy some time outdoors.
