Hildegard Anneliese Poetzsch
January 21, 1941 - March 28, 2024
It is with grieving hearts that the family of Hildegard Poetzsch announces her passing at the age of 83.
Hilde was born in Preslau, Germany on January 21, 1941.
Hildegard is survived by her husband, Joachim and her three sons, Tobias, Friedemann and Markus.
She was a person of many gifts and abilities in addition to being a talented seamstress with an immaculate fashion sense. As a woman of unwavering faith, Hilde personified what it means to gratefully live for God despite hardship and adversity.
A funeral will be held on Wednesday April 10, 2024 at 10:30 am at the Evangelical Fellowship Church (10511 79 Ave., Edmonton, AB) with interment to follow at South Haven Cemetery (5004 Meridian St NW, Edmonton, AB)

My heartfelt condolences to Joachim and the family of Hilde. I always remember her lovely smile and joyful heart.
