Ildiko Barath
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Ildiko Barath on February 2, 2023.
She was a beautiful Mom, Grandmother, confidant, friend and wife. Ildiko lived her life to the fullest, she had a big heart for the homeless and less fortunate. She loved living her life in Jasper with her friends and family, it was always her home.
She accomplished many things, her favorite was her barbering and hairstyling, she loved dancing and singing at Karaoke, she was a good person and a great Mom and Grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter Lisa and son in law Mike; grandchildren: Ryan (Miranda), Sam (Leo), Mack, Ally (Dwight), and of course her great grandchild Ryliegh. She also leaves to mourn her sisters: Liz (Don), Ibi, Zsuzsi, and her brothers John and Andras (Brigi).
Ildiko was predeceased by her father John Barath, her step-father Laszlo Bagoly and her mother Piroska Bagoly.
She definitely will truly be missed deeply by all whom she touched, from her loved ones to her friends.
May you rest in peace Momma, There won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t think of you, you truly touched our hearts..
