It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Joan.

Born May 4, 1931 Joan was predeceased by her husband Clarence. Joan leaves behind her beloved children: Ruth (Mel), Glen (Shirley), Miles (Diane), Terry (Tammy), Kris (Bob) and Mary Jo. Great grand children: Lisa, Melody, Dana, Jonathan, Stephanie, Anja, Tony, Jessica, Nicole, Andrea, Kayla.

Joan loved and had 17 great grandchildren and one more on the way.

    I have great memories of family visits and Christmas’ in Wetaskiwin during my youth with our wider family plus you took care of Radar.

      We hit the jackpot when it came to grandmas and cannot believe she is gone. Grandma had a kind heart and always put us first. Family functions will not be the same without her. I’m blessed that grandma got to meet both my daughters and she will forever hold a place in all our hearts.
