John Daniel Newton
It is with shattered hearts and regret to announce the passing of John Daniel Francis Newton on March 18, 2023 at the age of 32 years.
Daniel is survived by his mother Dora Fidgen and his children: Bentley of Edmonton, Aiden Alec, Hailey and Avery and their mother Rebecca all of British Columbia. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and his godparents.
Daniel had many friends across Canada and touched the hearts of everyone he met and would be there to help even when they least expected it. Daniel cherished his children and his friends had special places in his heart , and a very special place for his mother.
He was predeceased by his father John Fidgen and his grandparents Beaver and Catherine Newton of Nova Scotia.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at his home in Edmonton, AB .
If so desired, donations can be made to the nearest Homeless Shelter in your area.

My condolences to Johnny’s family and friends. He was a funny man whom loved his children so very much. I met John out in B.C Maple Ridge area. May you rest in peace my friend, always watch over your children with love.

Johnny my friend. I’m still in shock. You had such a huge heart and an incredible understanding of life. You taught me many lessons. Always there to help, you took care of me when I was at my lowest and I am eternally grateful to have even known you. Love you man. Rest easy now.
So sorry for your loss , i am not sure if you would remember me Evelyn ,my son Butch went to school at the lake with your brother Steve .just letting you know iam thinking of you..
