Norman Netter
February 14, 1949 – December 10, 2019
It is with great sadness that our family announces Norm’s passing. He passed away in hospital peacefully after a brief illness. He leaves to mourn his loving wife of 49 years Maureen, his children Sharon, Shelley and Craig (Tressa), his grandchildren Nicole, Mackenzie and Hayden and great grandchild Henley. He also leaves sisters Evelyn (Claude) and Norma, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
He was avid outdoors man and enjoyed hunting, fishing and many years spent at their second home at Sylvan lake. He always entertained us with his stories of his many trips and antics which will bring us all smiles and laughter in the years to come.
Norm was predeceased by his parents Fred and Anne, sisters Wanda, Henia and Marie, brothers Henry and Sam.
A celebration of life will take place at the Chateau Louis Hotel & Conference Center at 11727 Kingsway at 1 pm on Tuesday December 17, 2019.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Neurological ICU unit at the University of Alberta Hospital.

Our sincere condolences on Norm’s passing. We just heard the news yesterday from Rob and Gwen .
We fondly remember Norms sense of humor around the camp fire and stopping by the camper.
