The family of Wayne Donald Polkosnick is saddened to announce his passing. Wayne passed away peacefully in his sleep March 18, 2021.
He is survived by one brother Walter (Lorraine) Polkosnick and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by parents Alice and Felix Polkosnick; sisters Stella, Verna, Dora, Nellie, and Ollie, and brothers Stan, Bill, and Frank.
Wayne was a proud member of Iron Workers Local 720 for almost 60 years.
Cremation has taken place. At Wayne’s request there will be no formal service.

We were so sorry to hear of Wayne’s passing. Ed always enjoyed talking to Wayne from time to time about the “good old days”.
