After a long 2nd battle with cancer, Karlee Gogol passed away peacefully with her family and friends by her side on December 18 2016
A Celebration of Karlee's life will be held on December 27 2016 at the Good Shepherd Church (15495-Castle Downs Road) at 4:30pm, (Karlee has asked that all in attendance, come dressed in their pyjamas or comfy clothes :)
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kids With Cancer Society that meant so much to Karlee and her family

I work at Steele Heights school as an EA and remember Karlee’s smile and hair colors. She was always pleasant when she came to the store during lunch and also sitting in the office. May remembering the happy times help you during this very sad time.
Karlee changed me as a teacher, and as a person. I will forever keep her in my heart, as she was so so special. My sincerest apologies to the Gogol family, and all those that feel the hole in their heart. Sending you all love and strength during this very difficult time.

Karlee volunteered to help out in the school store and was always a pleasure to work with. Her smile and laugh would always brighten my day. Her courage reminded me to embrace what is important in life. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

What sadness it is to lose Karlee, her smile, her hair colours, her joy in life, my heart aches for her family, my sincere condolences to her whole family, she was one terrific kid. When Karlee moved on to high school I missed her dropping by the office at Steele just to chat and brighten my day. Loved that kid. Rest in Peace Karlee.

Shannon, Travis, Carter, James, Jamie and John and Darlene and family our heart goes out to you! Karlee was so strong, so intelegent, so beautiful and and bubbly and never gave up. She endured so much in her short little life. And all she wanted was for her family to be ok. I sure learned a lot from Karlee and will never forget any of it especially that ear to ear smile. She was a great kid with a great personality and will be missed by every person that has had the pleasure of meeting her. REST IN PEACE MISS KARLEE until we meet again!

You are such an incredible dad and you had the great fortunate of having a very special daughter who will live on in your heart forever. I wish there were some words or something I could say or do to make you feel better and bring Karlee back. Our creator had a different plan for Karlee and heaven is lucky to have her.
