David Edward Ketsa
September 2, 1947 to December 4, 2019
It is with heavy hearts that the children of David Ketsa announce his passing at home with his family vigilantly at his side on December 4, 2019 at the age of 72.
David was born and raised in Vilna, Alberta. He lived the majority of his life in Edmonton. He loved to putter in his garden, tell stories of the treasures he came across while bike riding and food (especially pizza). He was a kind man with a sense of humour like no other that will be dearly missed.
Left to cherish his memory are his 3 children; Corey Miketic-Ketsa, Shona O’Connor and Travis Ketsa, daughter in-law Christina and Roxane, son in-law Shaun, precious grandchildren Micah and Noah, Payton and Zack, Cohen, Seth and Vaughn, friends and relatives.
He was predeceased by his parents Anne and William (Bill) Ketsa.
Thank you to all the caregivers who showed him compassion and kindness while he struggled with his illness. Dads wishes were for a private cremation.
Our deepest condolences to you all. Remember with smiles in your hearts all of the priceless memories you share of him.
