Annette Plantina Bleich

After a life rich in love and family, Nanny passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones, on September 5, 2025, at the age of 89 years. She was ready to join her Lord and Saviour in Heaven!

She was predeceased by her husband Bernie, daughter Valerie, brother Earl, sisters Violet, Vera, Gladys, Marjorie and Lila.

She is survived by her son Lyle, daughter Birdie, Grandchildren: Dustin (Tamra), Chaney, Madison (Candice), Brittany (Christian), Alexandria (Marcus) and Dylan. Great Grandchildren: Thaine, Kyson, Harmony, Serenity and Gwyndolyn & her sister Phyllis Steinke.

Nanny’s Celebration of Life will be held on September 13, 2025 @ 1:00pm at Steele Heights Baptist Church, 5812 – 149 Avenue, Edmonton AB.

The service will be immediately followed by a short reception at the church.
