Eleanor Irene Frost

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, Eleanor Frost, who passed away on November 16th, 2023, at the Good Samaritan Care Center, Stony Plain, Alberta.

Eleanor was born March 16th, 1935 in Brantford, Ontario, moving to Edmonton at age 21, and remained in the region until her passing. Along with her husband, she loved family time, camping in the Rocky Mountains, especially Jasper, and B.C. and time at the family cabin. She was an avid baker, reader, crossword puzzle solver and jigsaw puzzle maker.

Eleanor is predeceased by her husband Roger and parents. Eleanor is survived by her loving children, Roger (Ginny), Robin (Dawn), Gayle (Robert) and Tim (Jamie), 10 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren.

At Eleanor’s request, no service will be held, she will be laid to rest along side her husband at a future date.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in Eleanor’s name can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Alberta or an Animal Rescue of your choice.
