Erma Mae Holmes
It is with great sadness that the family of Erma Holmes announce the unexpected passing of their beloved and deeply cherished Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend on October 14, 2023 at the age of 63.
Erma was a kind loving and gentle spirit, those who had the pleasure of knowing her, got to experience the beautiful loving soul that she was, her positive energy always radiated. She loved her family deeply and being in her garden with Missy was her happiest of places.
She is survived by her loving husband of 19 years Sterling Kennard; Her children, Adam (Tasha), Holly (Ryan) Turner, Janice and Missy Kennard ; Her grandchildren, Alex (Ava), Marissa, Chloe, Molli, Ayden, Maxx and Arya; Her Siblings, Percy (Diane), Sherwood (Pam), William (Alice), Dale, Francis (Dorthy) Holmes and Charlene Elliott as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents Roy and Emma Holmes.
In Lieu of flowers, the family would like donations sent to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
So sorry for your loss William and Alice, we’re thinking of you guys. Losing a sibling has a different kind of grieving. See you down south……
