Marilyn Anna Jackson

Marilyn Anna Jackson, passed away peacefully at the age of 92, on November 10, 2025, at St Michael's Extended Care, Edmonton. She was born on August 19, 1933 in Assiniboia, Saskatchewan.

Marilyn was predeceased by her infant son Robert, her husband Malcolm of 52 years, and her sister Louise.

She is survived by her children Steven (Irma), Charlotte (Dennis), Michael and Kathleen (David), 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Marilyn met her husband in Moose Jaw, moved around the country and finally made their home in Edmonton. Marilyn had a gift for sharing her happiness wherever she went! She worked in daycare for many years where her kindness and patience made her a natural with the children.

She loved music, drawing, doing crafts and writing stories. She would regularly write letters to God starting off with "Oh God, it's me again!" She loved being around people and sharing gentle wisdom she always seemed to carry. Marilyn found meaning in the simple and beautiful parts of life! She leaves behind a legacy of laughter, creativity and warmth that will stay with us always!
