Michelle Doering

Michelle was born on December 30th, 1947 in Chicoutimi Quebec. She was the 2nd youngest of 9.

In 1969 she was married to Fernand Baron. They had 3 children, Nathalie (1971), Alexandre (1973) and Emilie (1978).

In 1982, Fernand and Michelle moved the family out West, where dreams are made. No one in the family spoke English, but that didn’t stop them, they learned the language. They went through a lot of hard times, but they made it through, together.

In 1996, Michelle was widowed. A year later, she fell in love, and Michelle and Floyd were married in 2005.

The family of 5 that searched for adventure in the west, has now grown to 37, with an amazing matriarch at the helm.

Michelle is survived by her husband Floyd Doering. Her children Nathalie Baron, Alexandre Baron, Emilie Baron and her stepson Christopher. Her grandchildren Anthony Garden, Rylee Shank, Brian Baron, Kesha Baron, Chandra Poos, and 17 great grandchildren.
