Reuben Brule-Sawan

Reuben D. Brule passed away September 5, 2026 due to health complications. It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we are grieving a son, a father, a grandfather.

Reuben was born in Slave Lake on December 21, 1971. He is survived by his mother Evelyn Sawan, uncle Clifford Brule, Cousin Tina Supernault-Sawan, three children Ashley, Janelle, Darnell Blaze; grandchildren Blake Carter, Darsyn Zander, Zayne Xander, Loralye, Kodii Jeanita, Zayden C.J.; four siblings, Rene, Rick, Alvin and Ruby.

He was predeceased by his father Henry Sawan, September 8, 2017.

The family would like to express our sincere thank you for all of the texts, phone calls, personal hugs and for checking in on us close family to Reuben.

Celebration of Life will be announced by the family at a later date.
