  1. Meeting Klaus and Helga in Nova Scotia at a shared happy hour at the motel was truly a blessing in my late husband’s and my life. The friendship was immediate and although we lived in different Provinces, we managed to enjoy visits together over the years. Klaus was such a kind and caring man, always with a smile and twinkle in his eye. His love for Helga was so evident in whatever we did, be it a casino trip, visiting in one another homes, or touring the landmarks around Manitoba. Just so many wonderful memories of such wonderful friends! My sincere sympathy to Helga and to Klaus’s family members at this sad time. I know all the memories you have shared with Klaus will last a lifetime.
