Lucia Maria Cordeiro

Lucia Maria Cordeiro of Edmonton, AB passed away on October 9, 2026 at the age of 78 years. God took her home the day he shared her with us.

Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, and Sister.

She will be lovingly remembered by her son Moses (Sandy) Cordeiro, and her daughter Susana (Dug) Quon and granddaughters Evelyn Quon and Kaitlyn Cordeiro.

She is survived by one sister Maria Rodrigues  and two brothers Manuel Ferreira and Jose Carlos Ferreira. She also leaves numerous nieces and nephews who loved her.

She was predeceased by her husband Arthur; her parents Joao Ferreira and Evangelina Da Silva; brothers Joao, Altino, and Tiberio Ferreira, and a sister Eduarda Morgado.
