Armand Gunville

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Armand "Butch" Gunville on October 8, 2026, in Edmonton, Alberta, at the age of 77.

He will be forever remembered and deeply missed by his loving wife, Gail Bland. His memory will live on through his children: Kim (Darryl), Carmand (Troy), Floyd (Carla), Brent, Russel, and Klinton; and his stepchildren: Scott (Kim), Shari (Dale), and Phillip (Amanda).

Butch is survived by his sisters, Kathy and Tracey (Carmen); his brothers, Wade (Ramona), Russel, and Darren; as well as many beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Butch was predeceased by his parents, Orval and Alma; his sisters, Brenda, Florence, Barb, and Karen; and his brothers, Robin and Randy.

A private family viewing will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026. In accordance with his wishes, cremation will follow, and a public celebration of life for all family and friends will be held in the summer of 2027.
