Robert Johner

Robert passed away peacefully at the age of 94.

He is survived by his loving wife Loretta of 68 years.
His children Rob(Judy), Chyvaughn(Ellwood), Darcy, Shirley(Ron), Lyle(Bondie), Terry(LIsa), Leanne(Paddy), Dolores-Tubby, Denise(Shawn), Stacey(Herald). 31 Grandchildren and 36 Great Grandchildren.

Robert was predeceased by his Daughter Shellene, Grandson Leland, parents Emil and Adele Johner, 5 brothers and 5 sisters.

Robert had a love for cards, music, dancing, rye whiskey, a good party and hockey. He was a true Calgary Flames fan and would tell anybody who would listen how horrible the Oilers and Wayne Gretzky really were.

Robert was a father, brother, Grandpa, friend, coach, ball player and community volunteer. He took pride in his horses Larry and Shorty, providing entertainment to many people over the years.

Service for Robert, will be held July 2, 2025 2pm at Mayerthorpe Diamond Center (4918 54 St, Mayerthorpe, AB).
