Evan James McFadyen

It is with much sadness that the family of Evan James McFadyen share his sudden passing on August 20, 2025 at 30 years of age.

Predeceased by his father James and grandparents Jack, Ruth and Wilfred, Evan will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by his mother Shawna, brother Ryan and Michael, grandmother Linda and many aunts, uncles and cousins as well as numerous friends.

Evan was a hard worker and was kind and caring to all his family and friends. He had a heart of gold and we will forever cherish his big smile, laughter and warm hugs. Evan enjoyed basketball (especially the Raptors), hiking, traveling and video games.

He will be cremated and there will be no funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Alberta SPCA or Humane Society would be appreciated in Evan's memory.
