  8. Dear Louisa,
This is a terrible time for you and your family right now. Please know that we, at your work place, care for you and understand the pain you are feeling. Please know that you never really lose a parent. They pop back into your life at the most extraordinary times…like this Christmas, when I needed to consult my mother’s recipe book, and I remembered her, with such love, in the old kitchen making this dish. Grief is hard but love and remembrance conquers grief.
    Hugs,
    Patricia Kvill
