April Lee Annette Sullivan

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of April Lee Annette Sullivan on August 14, 2026, in Edmonton, Alberta, at the age of 60.

April was born on March 14, 1966. Throughout her life, she had a love of experiencing the world around her. She enjoyed travel and discovering new places, whether close to home or farther afield. She found joy in music and poetry, often appreciating the ways they could express emotion, tell stories, and connect people. She loved attending concerts, going to the movies, and spending time with a good mystery or thriller novel. April also had a love of food and enjoyed sharing meals, trying new dishes, and celebrating the holidays with family and loved ones.

An animal lover, April held a special place in her heart for her pets throughout the years, including her beloved cats, Gyn-su and Mango, and her dog, Pepper. She is survived by her children, Angela Sudholt, Jessica Perry, Shawnna Varley, and Brett Yuzyk-Sullivan; her beloved grandchildren; her mother, Rose Marie Sudholt; and her siblings, Karla, Kurt, and Heide. She also leaves behind extended family members and friends who will mourn her passing.

The family extends their gratitude to those who have offered their support and condolences during this difficult time.

April will be remembered and missed by all who held a place for her in their hearts.
