On Friday October 11, 2019 Mrs. Maria Rocha of Edmonton passed away peacefully at the age of 88 years.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving son Manuel (Carmelia); three grandchildren: Sonia (Mel) Somerton, Gerri (Aleesha) Duarte and Amanda (Andrew) Warwick; eight great-grandchildren: Mikayla, Sianna, Amayah, Annabelle, Athena, Azaliaa, Aiden and Ashton; her sister Maria Jose of Toronto, ON as well as numerous relatives and dear friends.

She was predeceased by her husband Joao Duarte.
