He spent his later years residing in the vibrant city of Edmonton, Alberta, where he touched the lives of many with his kindness and compassion.
Arthur proudly served his country through a dedicated career in the Canadian Military, embodying values of honor and commitment that resonated throughout his life. His service to his nation was a testament to his character, and he carried this sense of duty into all aspects of his life.
Preceded in death by his beloved parents, Thomas Walter Mercer and Ethel Maude Mercer, and his cherished wife, Ramona Gloria Mercer, Arthur leaves behind a legacy of love and resilience. Together, they nurtured a family grounded in love, respect, and tradition.
