Deborah Jean Ouimet
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Deborah Jean Ouimet (nee Henderson) surrounded by her family.
Debbie will be lovingly remembered by her husband Paul, her son Cody Ouimet and wife Leanne, stepson Nicolas Ouimet and wife Erin, beloved grandchildren Alex Ouimet, Lilah Ouimet and Miles Ouimet, her mother Betty Smith, her Sister Susan (Gordon) Chute, brothers Tim (Audrey) Henderson, Bill (Janet) Henderson, Victor (Gina) Henderson, Rick (Cherie) Henderson and her many beloved Nieces, Nephews and great Nieces and Nephews. Debbie was predeceased by her father Ronald Henderson and her grandparents Victor and Florence Smith.
Debbie led a vibrant life, enjoying her work as a bookkeeper for Comfort Heating, and spending time with family and friends. Her warmth and positivity touched the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
As per Debbie's wishes there will be no service held. Cremation to be handled by Trinity Funeral Home. Private internment to take place at Holy Cross Mausoleum.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at the Cross Cancer Institute and especially to her sister Susan for her unwavering dedication to caring for Debbie in her last month.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.

We are truly sorry to hear of Deb’s passing. She was an awesome friend to my parents, sister and brothers. She will be missed and remembered for her generosity, kindness, knowledge and positive spirit. Rest in peace Deb and have no worries.
