It is with great sadness, we share the peaceful passing of Imogene Earl Cseke, in Edmonton on Wednesday May 26, 2021 at the age of 73 years after a battle with cancer.

Imogene is survived by her 3 children: Cindy Plettl of Lethbridge, Alberta, Candy Plettl (Dale) of Medicine Hat, Alberta and Chris Plettl of Spruce Grove, Alberta; 5 grandchildren: Felicia Glasier, Jordann Plettl, Brittany Plettl (Malcolm), Austin Plettl and Ryelli Jackson; 1 great-grandson, Oliver Tisdale; her brothers: Ron Earl, Don (Betty) Earl, Tony Earl and Brian Earl; sister Linda Diduck as well as many nieces and nephews.

Imogene was predeceased by her parents Stanley Earl and Evelyn Moyes.

Mom was a loving and caring person with many talents and passions. She loved to knit, crochet, cross stitch, play piano, and bake to name a few. Mom also enjoyed training dogs and loved her Huskies very much, in her later years she had a smaller dog named" little bit "that she took everywhere with her. She enjoyed knitting baby clothes for gifts and we all have at least 1 Afghan that mom has made. She made people welcome in her life and always had a hug and a smile to greet you with. Mom may have been tiny but she sure was fiesty at heart. We have many fond memories of holidays with her and she enjoyed decorating for every season. Mom's passion for music would fill the air in our home which has been passed down to generations. Her strength, courage, and kindness will always be with us.

Don't  worry mom the hay bales are taken care of.

  1. Such a sweet kind soul she was, and always will be remembered this way.
I always enjoyed visiting Imogene and little bit in Taber. My condolences to all of the immediate family. The Huskies she had as pets are now proudly walking by her side, in heaven. ❤️

    • Ima was the biggest, littlest Spitfire I have ever met, she told it like it was. honest., trutfull, caring and from the heart! That honesty is why we all loved about her. We will miss you!
