  7. Jeff, I’m going to miss our Calgary Flames/Edmonton Oilers rivalry. I’m so happy that I got to meet you and enjoy many beers with you in conversation about everything. I’m happy that you got to meet your idol Leon Draisaitl. You got to go on a beautiful once in a lifetime memorable trip with your sister. And for once I will agree with you…Boo Bertuzzi!! I will be an Oiler’s fan, at least for the rest of this season, in honour of you and our times together.

  8. I have always cherished the memories I have of Jeff and will do so even more now. I often remember them and reflect on the good old days. I will always remember Jeff as a smart level headed caring person. If anyone is reading this from our late teens early twenties even though we may have lost touch please know I think of you all often and care for you all even though time and distance has separated us. I said this to Jeff the last time I saw him and I’m glad we had that moment.
