Jerry Michael Moskalyk
June 30, 1938 - December 5, 2021
On December 5, 2021 Jerry Moskalyk passed away peacefully at home, with his wife Leube by his side at the age of 83.
Jerry will be lovingly remembered by Leube, his wife of 61 years, daughters Darlene (Eugene), Pat (Brian) and Donna as well as his grandchildren Rebecca, Jessica, Jeffrey, Sarah, Jenny and Sasha.
Due to Covid Restrictions, a private Celebration of Life will take place.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stollery Children's Hospital in Jerry's name.
Sending love and deep condolences to all of the family. Jerry’s incredible smile and bright personality lit up every dance competition I was blessed to see him at. My thoughts are with you all during this most difficult time.

Dearest Leube and family. I just heard about Jerry’s passing and my condolences to all of you. Jerry was a wonderful person and was always helpful and wonderful to talk too when we saw each other at Cheremosh events. May he Rest in Peace and may his memory be eternal.
