Joanne Marie Dancy
March 9, 1953 - August 24, 2024
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Joanne Marie Dancy (Dechant).
Joanne is predeceased by her husband Tim Dancy.
She survived by her daughter, Colleen Dancy (Jesse Lund), her son, Mark Dancy, her grandson, Jax Lund, her sister, Colleen Austin(John) and her brother Gary Dechant (Shelley), as well as many amazing friends who she considered family.
Joanne died suddenly after a very short battle with cancer and will be greatly missed.
Joanne loved gardening, greenhouses her two cats and her Grandson Jax .
There is peace and knowing that she is now reunited with her husband, Tim, who she missed so so much.

Had quite a few good times with Joanne (& Jane ).
I hadn’t seen her in a few years but often thought of her.
Thank you for your message. Sure do miss her. Doctors found cancer late June and her little body was full of it and could not fight it.

Jo was always there with a hug or some nasty language, depending what was the best way to comfort me during the hard times in my life. She has always been a beautiful and genuine light in my life and others.
