Sahra (Sadie) Johansen (nee Unruh)

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Sadie Johansen announces her passing in Edmonton Alberta on November 27, 2025 at the age of 90.

Sadie was predeceased by her parents, Maria and Abram Unruh, her husband Otto, her daughter Lorna and many other cherished family members and friends.

Left to Mourn are her sons and daughters; Andy, Eddy, Edith and partner Greg, Tony and wife Lisa, Karen and husband Bill. There are thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Sadie loved the outdoors and spent countless hours tending to vibrant flower beds and a bountiful vegetable patch. She loved campfires, enjoying the warmth and simple joy of being with family and friends, sharing stories and memories.

Sadie will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Cremation has taken place. Internment of the cremated remains will take place at a later date.
