Stella Margaret Pearson
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Stella Pearson announce her passing. She passed away peacefully in hospital on September 1, 2023, with family at her side.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories is sister, Phyllis Brown; brother, Johnny Pietrasz (Joni Gilmurray); Rose Rautio, sister-in-law; children Lynn Moloney, Doug (Lynn) Pearson, Lois (Pat) Henebury; Grandchildren Kristy Moloney (Greg Ewanchuk), Kara Henebury, Blair Pearson (Christy Hardy), Tracy Henebury (John Hawreliak), Lindsey Pearson (Brandon Bellwood); Great Grandchildren Madison, Kole, Joni, Hailey and John; nieces and nephews, friends and extended family.
Stella was predeceased by her Husband Alvin; her parents Joseph and Janina Jaworski; Step Father Antonio Pietrasz; Harold Brown, Arne Rautio, Charlie Rautio, and Larry Comin, brothers-in-law; and Edna Rautio and Elsie Comin, sisters-in-law.
Stella worked in the insurance industry for many years after graduating from Alberta College in Edmonton.
Stella enjoyed sports, bingo, and meeting for breakfast at the casino with her sister and whoever else showed up. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren gave her great joy. She also enjoyed playing cribbage and other card games. Stella enjoyed many coffees with family and friends.
For those who wish to pay their respects, there will be a viewing from 9:00 am to 9:30 am on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Trinity Funeral Home, 10530 116 Street, Edmonton, prior to the Funeral Service that will begin at 10:00 am. Interment will take place after the funeral service at Holy Cross Cemetery, 14611 Mark Messier Trail NW, Edmonton.

Remembering all the fun times With Auntie Stella and KOKO. You’re now with your true love of your life who left us far too soon. Playing cards and giving Uncle shit in heaven for something he did. Will miss you Auntie , love you always and will never forget.
